Ownit Rx is special. It is not only a gym, but a community of open-minded, kind, and passionate people. Every day, I am challenged to be a stronger, healthier version of myself. Even on days when I don't feel like working out, I am happy to be at Ownit because of the coaches and people.I am personally not very self-motivated to work out on my own, so I love that Ownit focuses on group training. You get individual instruction because the classes are small. The workouts also are a little different each time, so you never get bored.All in all, words cannot describe the overwhelming amount of love I have for Fabien and the gym that he has built. If you are at all curious, I highly recommend you come check it out. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely loved every workout I ever did with Coach Fabien! He fosters such a supportive and enthusiastic workout environment. His training is not only fun, but also get's you in fantastic shape. I highly recommend Ownit Rx if you want to train with someone who is highly qualified and also genuinely cares about his clients. :)

This is a wonderful gym! It has an incredibly positive community and experienced, knowledgeable coaches. Coach Fabian knows his stuff when it comes to programming, and is also very kind and motivating. Ownit has my highest recommendation!

Fabien is a great motivator and has an unlimited source of knowledge with a varied background and from what I’ve seen loves to keep adding to that. As a woman it’s very important to feel comfortable with a male trainer and Fabien exceeds that, he’s able to give great verbal corrections but is very consciousnesses if he does have to make physical ones, no creeper vibes here. All in all I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Ownit!

Fabien and his awesome team at Ownit Rx have been an incredible source of inspiration during a time when motivation is hard to find. Everyone involved takes your personal goals to heart and works with you to make sure you are on track. The facility is amazing, and their ability to adapt to the ever changing state regulations has been great, and very much appreciated because as a small business implementing the changes can't be easy. I would definitely recommend anyone, no matter what their fitness levels or goals are, give Ownit Rx a chance!

I love this gym! Everything is brand new and spotless but the best thing is trainer Fabien Wilkinson. His classes and workouts are always different and always challenging. He personally adjusts each workout for every client’s fitness level and personal goals.

His thoughtfulness and genuine interest in his clients overall well-being help his clients through a tough workout as well as a tough day. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Ownit Rx is a brand new, beautiful facility with many ways to get creative with your workout. But more than that, the owners of Ownit are the main attraction. I’ve know Fabien for several years when he was training out of a different gym. His classes were always so brutal, but so fun and motivating. He constantly changes the routine and finds new and creative ways to make your body and your mind grow. Your paying for his leadership and sense of community while growing with likeminded, motivated individuals. You’re likely to walk out with a few sore muscles and a few new friends. 10/10 would recommend!!
